Caitlyn Jenner Faces Second Lawsuit Over Car Crash Which Injured Four And Left One Dead

Former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner is facing a second lawsuit over an accident involving four cars which left one person dead earlier this year.

Jessica Steindorff, a 29-year-old Hollywood talent agent claims in her lawsuit that she has suffered several unspecified physical injuries. Jenner is accused of driving “negligently, carelessly, recklessly and wantonly” and causing the crash. Four people were injured (including Jessica Steindorff) in the road accident which took place in the Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles, and one other lost her life.

Kim Howe’s car was struck by Jenner’s, sending Howe into incoming traffic; Howe was reported to have died on impact when she crashed into a hummer. Her stepchildren have also filed their own lawsuit seeking unspecified compensation.

Caitlyn Jenner had walked away from the accident completely uninjured, and the incident had taken place before she had revealed her transition and was still known as Bruce Jenner.

Jenner did issue a statement on the accident, and said: “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident.

“It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”
