Neil Patrick Harris has just signed a lease to bring a new exciting entertainment venue to midtown Manhattan. NPH is putting on his producer hat to develop this new project which is supposed to be something between a culinary destination and a mind boggling magic show.
The new nightlife venue will be located at 311 W. 57th St. and will encompass the three-story, 13,000-square-foot former Providence club along Midtown Manhattan’s Billionaire’s Row. The lease was signed for an impressive 20 year run and will exceed $22 million dollars. The location itself is particularly special with a magical history as an old recording studio for the Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix.
The name of this new entertainment mecca has not yet been released, but it is slated to open later in the fall. It plans to be a mix of a foodie style restaurant, an interactive show, and a nightclub lounge.
Does this sound like a place you would want to visit on a Saturday night? We sure would! And as we get more details on the progress of this new project, we will be sure to pass them along to you.
