Anti-Gay Governor’s Website Is Now A Gay Chatroom

You’ve probably heard of Asa Hutchinson, as he is a Republic politician who has been consistently opposing LGBT rights since coming into power.

Just a couple of examples are outlawing legislation protecting LGBT rights, and signing a “Religious Freedom Restoration” law.

So when an activist discovered that Hutchinson had neglected to purchase the domains for his name , he took his chance. He bought the domain – and redirected it to LGBT Chat, which is a community forum for LGBT people.

The activist said: “Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has allowed the passage of several anti-gay bills to become law in Arkansas, from one that took away the ability of cities to decide if they want to add protections for LGBT citizens, to ‘religious freedom’ legislation that he pushed, then watered it down a bit at the last minute due to enormous pressure from the business community.”

“He’s also worked towards banning gays from being able to adopt children. I noticed his website was available,, so I have purchased it and redirected the traffic to the forum. I will hold on to the site in case he runs for re-election in the future and will update it then based on his record as Governor during this term.”

This isn’t the first time this kind of shenanigans have taken place, as another activist previously purchased domains which related to various politicians in Indiana who voted through the state’s anti gay law, and redirected them to a report on homophobia.
