Twenty-six new songs have been added to the Grammy Hall of Fame, and Blondie is among them.
Blondie will be joining alonside other new additions, such as Fleetwood Mac and Grateful Dead. The songs are chosen for their “historical and cultural significance”.
Among the titles joining the 2016 roster are Blondie’s Heart of Glass, Joan Jett’s I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll and Little Eva’s The Loco-Motion.
Album wise, we have Fleetwood Mac’s eponymous 1975 album, Grateful Dead’s American Beauty and Bob Dylan’s The Basement Tapes.
