Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy Discuss Gay Fan Fiction

Both Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy star in the highly anticipated upcoming film, Victor Frankenstein. And both actors have previously stared in gigantic film franchises—Radcliffe played Harry Potter, while James McAvoy played a young Prefessor X in X-Men.

While doing press for their new movie, they spoke with USA Today about the some of the most interesting fan fiction they’ve seen inspired by their famous characters.

Radcliffe admits he’s seen some interesting gay embraces between Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy, played by Tom Felton.

“I’ve seen some very disturbing Photoshopped images of me and Tom,” Radcliffe says. “I’ve had that shown to me before. It’s really weird. It’s super odd.”

“I’ve seen Harry and Draco spooning,” Radcliffe continues. “That’s been our only pose, which I guess I’m fine with?”

“You think it’s spooning,” McAvoy chimes in, making a joke. “He promised it would just be spooning. That’s what all those evil wizards say.”

“They start off spooning and then it’s a fork,” Radcliffe laughs.

McAvoy also confirms that he has certainly seen Professor X and Magneto getting it on.

“It’s weird situations, like in one of them, I’m baking?!” McAvoy says. “I’m making cupcakes…. and I’m getting some.”

Now we must go and find all of these images they are talking about…
