Gay porn producers, Joseph Kerekes and Harlow Cuadra, were convicted of Bryan’s murder in 2007. Kerekes and Cuadra wanted Brent Corrigan to star in one of their movies, but Bryan Kocis would not allow it.

Christian Slater takes on the role of the slain victim, Bryan Kocis. Disney actor, Garrett Clayton, plays Brent Corrigan, and Franco is Kerekes. Rounding out the cast are Molly Ringwald and Keegan Allan.

The movie synopsis reads: “Offended by his paltry paycheck, Lockhart falls out with the owner, director, and producer Bryan Kocis of the label that made his famous Cobra video. When the newly minted sex symbol attracts the attentions of a cash-strapped pair of rival producers and performers (James Franco and Keegan Allen) an all-out porn turf war ensues.”

The murder was horrifically gruesome, as Kocis was stabbed 28 times, then his throat was cut, and his house was set fire.
