Pride Coladas support LGBTQ+ charities

In celebration of Pride events taking place across the UK and Germany, Hilton Hotels & Resorts has relaunched its rainbow range of ‘Pride Colada’ cocktails, in support of LGBTQ+ charities Stonewall and Coming Out Day.

Served in the six colours of the Pride flag but staying true to the classic coconut flavour of the Piña Colada, the celebratory drink highlights that regardless of how we appear on the outside, we are all the same on the inside. This year, £1 or €1 from the sale of every cocktail will be donated to LGBTQ+ charities Stonewall in the UK and Coming Out Day in Germany.

“From London to Tel Aviv, San Francisco to Sydney, located in the heart of the action, our hotels are the perfect place to experience the best that Pride has to offer,” said Andreas Lackner, Regional Head, Full Service Brands, Hilton.

“The Pride Colada represents inclusivity, boldness and vibrancy; the three values at the core of Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and we are delighted that as a business, we have been recognised as a ‘Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality’ for four consecutive years by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.”

The original Piña Colada was invented in 1954 at the Caribe Hilton In Puerto Rico before becoming a cocktail menu staple across the world. For those looking to enjoy the reimagined Pride Colada, the cocktail will be available at the following Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties during select Pride events across the UK and Germany:
