Before the release of the hotly awaited superhero film, Deadpool, this weekend, the mega star, Ryan Reynolds spoke out about his character’s sexuality.

When asked about Deadpool’s pansexuality, Reynolds said “I love that about Deadpool.” Referring to possible sequels, he added: “I love that he can break any boundary. In the future, I hope we get to do that more.”
He also agreed that it would be “nice” for him to have a boyfriend in a future film. “I certainly wouldn’t be the guy standing in the way of that,” Reynolds said. “That would be great.”
Rhett Reese, one of the screenwriter’s said: “We knew that was part of the comics. We wanted to honor that in the movie. But we did it in subtle ways.”
Producer Simon Kinberg added: “There’s veiled references to it in this film. It’s in the DNA of the character.”
