The Ghostbusters reboot has been getting mixed reviews, but it has still been doing pretty well for itself at the box office.
However, it has been beaten by the newly released Secret Life of Pets to the number one spot in the US box office. The Ghostbusters reboot has still done rather well, and managed to debut in the number two spot with $46m (£34.7m).
Pets managed to beat it by roughly four million dollars, making the top spot with $50.6m (£38.1m).
As for the other high profile release at the moment, Finding Dory, it took $11m (£8.3m) over the weekend and became the highest grossing animated film of all time in the US. Overall, it has taken $445.5m (£336.2m) since its US release.
This was no small feat, as the previous record holder for this was the titanic Shrek 2, which took $444.2m (£335.2m) when it came out back in 2004.
Legend of Tarzan, starring Alexander Skarsgard came in at number three with $11.1m (£8.4m).
