Twitter made what you would assume would be a small, insignificant change: they changed their star icon to a heart.

Seems harmless enough, right? Something to maybe comment over and then move on. Plenty of people took issue with the change, and soon a flood of narrow minded comments were on Twitter about it.

I’m sure there are way, way more comments than this small sampling, but I think we’d all like to remind them that Instagram has been using hearts since 2010 and has yet to collapse under it’s own gayness.
